Preparation for installation

To have a faultless operation of mixers it is necessary to consider the following:

• Before installation of mixers and valves, the pipeline should be blown off or thoroughly cleaned from a sand or steel cuttings.
• The pipeline should be equipped with a sufficient quantity of water separators and coarse mesh filters which prevent the entry of foreign particles in pipes or in a body of a mixer.
• It is necessary to put an emphasis on accuracy of installation method to have a normal operation of mixers and valves.
